Fair question — file conversion costs real compute, especially for video, 3D, and medical formats.Converter Flow is built and run by one independent developer, and the free tier's limits (25 MB per file, 5 conversions a day) keep the server bill bounded.
The plan is straightforward: the free tier stays free, and the paid plans above will pay for the infrastructure once they launch. While the launch promotion runs, the Basic plan is free to claim with an account. There are no ads on the site.
