Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Converter Flow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Converter Flow provides free online tools for converting, merging, and modifying document files. You understand and agree that:

  • The Service is provided "AS-IS".
  • We are not a file storage service. Files are deleted automatically after 1 hour.
  • We employ security measures, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect our infrastructure. You agree to complete these challenges to access the service.

3. Fair Usage & Rate Limiting

To ensure the service remains available to all users, we impose automatic usage limits (e.g., daily conversion quotas).

You agree NOT to:

  • Bypass or attempt to circumvent rate limits using proxies, VPNs, or multiple accounts.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Reverse engineer the Cloudflare Turnstile security challenge.

Violation of this policy will result in a temporary or permanent ban of your IP address.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload:

  • Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
  • Files containing software viruses, malware, or any other computer code designed to interrupt functionality.
  • Files that you do not have the intellectual property rights to convert or modify.

5. Limitation of Liability

Read this carefully:

In no event shall Converter Flow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim any ownership over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process (convert, modify) the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific request, after which the content is deleted.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
